Hi Everyone, hope March is treating you well so far. I am looking forward to the March GoGo Getaway that is coming up at the end of the month, and am sorting some page kits ready to get scrapping when I am there.
This month I am sharing with you a page I created which is taking inspiration from the lovely Lisa’s class she taught in Haydock last year. Her page was creating a focus on the layout and incorporating circles into her design.
I decided to take a piece of the lovely Vicki Boutin paper from her last collection and use the printed circular element as a focus on this page. I fussy cut out the center, so I was able to pop this up on 3D foam to add dimension to the page.
I added fussy cut flowers to added emphasis to the printed design.
I used an assortment of the ephemera and chipboard pieces to add around my photo cluster. I also used some Pink Fresh wooden embellishments.
I am glad I found a use for this paper, and it really helps to draw the eye to the photo in the circle. With so many fab printed designs now, this is definitely something, you can do to draw attention to your photos on a page.
