Peep Hole Inspiration Layout

Hi, am I the only one to see the back of January every year ? Seriously why does it seem like that month has twice as many days as any other month? So here we are in February and I’d like to introduce you to my Layout, inspired this month by Jo Bolands  class from the October 2018 Getaway where she created a Peep Hole Minibook.

I have put a spin on this concept and created a layout instead. It features a grid as its foundation, gotta love me a grid. The design is then made up of 3×3 inch squares of patterned paper and photos.

Several of the squares of patterned paper I punched circles out of then added them to the layout using foam dots to create the peep hole effect, finishing them off with chipboard pieces and stickers; some placed in the peep hole others around or over the top.

This technique is easy to achieve and creates an impressive multilayered dimension on your layout. I would love to see your take on this, please share your work on the GoGo facebook group.
