Hi, Terri here with a layout focusing on the use of the Bokeh technique from the March Getaway. I used coloured and white ink along with a stencil to create a large area of Bokeh inspired pattern. I cut this up in to 3×3 inch squares along with some patterned paper to create the grid effect.
I love the Bohemian Dreams collection from Cocoa Vanilla Studio. The pinks, blues and purples are some of my favourite shades. Purple isn’t a colour often seen in scrapbooking collections.
The Bokeh effect can look quite subtle in places on the photos but in real life they are more visible. I used simple embellishment to allow the squares of inked bokeh cardstock is still visible on the page.
I’ve had those key and keyhole Dear Lizzy metal embellishments for years and it felt so good to get them down on the page.
Thanks for visiting the blog today. I would love to see any of your scrapbook layouts so don’t forget to join us on the GoGo Getaway Facebook group or tag us on Instagram.
