What a fantastic weekend we have just had at the March GoGo Getaway at Theobalds Park. It was great to see all the delegates again and I loved learning loads of new techniques.
My final technique from the October 2016 GoGo Getaway is the use of dreamcatchers on layouts. My page is a cross between the original one Lorraine did and the revisit from Kirei last month. I used both a cut file and also a real life dreamcatcher made from embroidery thread and an old bangle.
My little cat Oscar will sleep anywhere so I knew the exact photo I wanted to use for this layout. He is such a cutie and very photogenic, not that I’m biased at all.
I have used quite a mix of collections on this layout both old and new. With the new collections released last month I am trying to make a big effort to use them alongside some of my older stash. This is a simple layout as I wanted the dreamcatchers to be the main focus along with the photo. The feathers were fussy cut from a patterned paper in the new Shimelle Little by Little collection.
